This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to add the name of the legal heirs of the petitioner's father and to issue joint patta with respect to the subject property pursuant to the order passed by the fourth respondent through proceedings dated 13.11.2024.

2. Heard Mr.K.Prabhakaran, learned counsel for petitioner and and Mr.A.Selvendran, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for respondents.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the materials placed before this Court and considering the 2/4

proceedings of the fourth respondent dated 13.11.2024, there shall be a direction to the fourth respondent to deal with the online application submitted by the petitioner on 29.01.2025 and pass appropriate orders within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
