ORDER

The learned Principal District Judge, has forwarded the request of the II Additional Sub Judge, Coimbatore, for extension of time in respect of the disposal of AS.No.37 of 2025.

2. It is seen from the communication that the learned II Additional Sub Judge has requested for three months time to dispose of the appeal. The learned Judge has stated that one of the parties died, pending the proceedings and applications have also been filed for condonation of delay and impleading LRs. The said applications are also pending.
