ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that now the possession of the property has been given by the second respondent who is present in Court as he was called because of non-compliance of the order. He had not complied the direction for handing over the possession, but has now given after his presence was directed by this Court. The conduct of the second respondent cannot be appreciated, but looking to the facts of this case now and the compliance having been made, the contempt petition is ordered to be closed with discharge of notice of contempt. Consequently, Sub.A.No.226 of 2021 is closed.
