2/5 PRAYER Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to survey the land in survey No.295 / 1 A3 and 295 /7 and to issue rectified patta No.20575 to an extent of 1250 square feet for plot No.403A for the property situated at Perumpakkam Village, Tambaram Taluk, Chennai District, based on the petitioner representation dated 25/11/2024 within a stipulated period in accordance with law.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issue of writ of mandamus directing the respondents and in particular, the 3 rd respondent, to survey the subject property and to issue a fresh patta with respect to the subject property based on the representation made by the petitioner on 25.11.2024. 2.Heard Mr.A.Vijayakannan, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr.S.Jayachandran, learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of respondents 1 to 3.

3/5 3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the petitioner to submit a fresh online application to the 3 rd respondent along with all the necessary particulars and documents. On receipt of the same, the 3 rd respondent shall take a decision with respect to the survey of the property and also for issuance of the patta. If there are any interested parties, they shall be put on notice. The said process shall be completed, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of the fresh online application from the petitioner. 4.This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions.
