2. I have heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. On perusal of the petition, it is seen that there are two petitioners. However, in the cause title, only the first petitioner has been reflected.

4. In view of the same, the Registry is directed to correct the cause title by including the name of the second petitioner, namely, Mr. Srinath, and issue a fresh order copy forthwith.
