Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to directing the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 23.10.2024, within a reasonable period as may be fixed by the Hon'ble Court. This Writ Petition has been filed for direction directing the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 23.10.2024, within a reasonable period as may be fixed by the Hon'ble Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Special Government Pleader for the first respondent and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the second respondent and perused the materials available on record.

3. It is seen that on receipt of the complaint from the petitioner, the second respondent forwarded the same, to the Inspector of Police, Pudupettai Police Station, Cuddalore.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the second respondent submitted that though summon was issued to the petitioner, no one appeared for enquiry.

5. In view of the above, the Inspector of Police, Pudupettai Police Station, Cuddalore, is directed to issue fresh notice to the petitioner and the respondents

3 to 5 herein, conduct enquiry and dispose of the representation, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above directions, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
