Respondents Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to direct the 1st and 2nd respondents police to transfer the investigation pertaining to the Crime No.401/2018 and relevant records from the file of the 3rd respondent to 4th respondent based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 16.10.2018 and take action against him in accordance with law. O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking for transfer of investigation.

2.When the matter came up for hearing during the last occasion, this Court passed the following orders: "The learned Government Advocate is

directed to take instructions as to whether any similar cases are pending against the accused persons and if so, all those cases along with the present case can be transferred to the file of the 4th respondent for investigation."

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that there are three F.I.R.s pending against the accused persons and in all these cases the accused persons have committed cheating in chit transactions by collecting money from the 3rd parties. The learned counsel further submitted that all the three F.I.R.s are pending before the 3rd respondent police.

4.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 5.In the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is of the considered view that all the three F.I.R.s in Crime Nos.220/2018, 401/2018 and 410/2018 shall stand transferred from the file of the 3rd respondent to the file of the Central Crime Branch within a period of 10 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and these cases may be allotted to the concerned wing which will complete the investigation as expeditiously as possible.

6.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
