Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition of reporting to the respondent police once in a month at 10.30 am until further order imposed in Crl.MP.No.13921/2021 in Crl.OP.No.21337/2021 by order dated 22.12.2021 and pass such further or other orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.SADASHARAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.13921 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.21337 of 2021 dated 22.12.2021.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is scrupulously complying with the condition without any deviation and the Investigating Officer has completed the investigation and filed a final report.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), the condition imposed on the petitioner to report before the respondent police, is relaxed.
