The prayer sought for in the present writ petition is to direct the first respondent to consider and pass orders promoting the petitioner based on the appeal dated 12.05.2008.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner contended that the writ petition has become infructuous and prayed this Court https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
to dismiss the Writ Petition. He also made an endorsement to the following effect:
"The prayer in the writ petition does not survive further, hence the Writ Petition may be dismissed as infructuous."
3. In the light of the above submission and the endorsement made, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
