These applications are filed to grant leave to file an appeal. It is submitted that the petitioner would be affected as the petitioner was a party in another writ petition involving similar issue which was also disposed of.
2. Heard Mr.T.Mohan, learned Senior Advocate on behalf of Mr.R.Thirumoorthy, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.Edwin Prabakar, learned State Government Pleader for the first respondent and Mr.Krishna Srinivasan, learned Senior Counsel for the second respondent.
3. For the reasons stated in the applications and considering the nature of the dispute, so also the pendency of other matters, the present applications are allowed.
