The present Civil Revision Petition is laid by the petitioner seeking to dispose of E.P. No.13 of 2018 in RCOP No.55 of 2015 pending on the file of the learned Principal District Munsif at Alandur, within a stipulated time that may

be fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The Learned Principal District Munsif, Alandur is now required to dispose of the execution petition in E.P. No.13 of 2018 in RCOP No.55 of 2015, within a period of one month from the date of communication of this order excluding the intervening summer holidays - 2022.

4. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
