ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking to relax the conditions in para 7 (b) imposed in Crl.OP.No.5221 of 2021 dated 02.03.2026.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioners have been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), the condition imposed by this Court in para No.7 (b) in Crl.OP.No.5221 of 2021 dated 02.03.2026 is relaxed and the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.
