Heard Mr.V.Jeevagiridharan, Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the First to Third Respondents and Mr.V.Sridhar, Learned Counsel for the Fourth Respondent and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties.
2. There is no representation for the Petitioner when the matter is called at 12.45 p.m today.
3. The Writ Petition has been filed for directing the First to Third Respondents to procure the original B.P.T. Degree Certificate and Certificate of Life Membership from All India Alternative Medical Association and other original certificates from the Fourth Respondent and return to the Petitioner within a time limit that may be fixed by the Court.
3. Learned Counsel for the Fourth Respondent submits that the documents sought by the Petitioner have been returned to him and he has also made an endorsement to that effect in the court record. In view of the subsequent events, nothing remains for further consideration in the matter.
