(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner with an apprehension that the respondents i.e. the District Collector, Vellore District, the Tahsildar, Penampattu Taluk and the Block Development Officer Gudiyatham, may interfere with the petitioner's possession and enjoyment of the property situated in Survey No.110/1, Chithathoor Village, Peranampattu tAluk, Veppur Post, Vellore District.

2. Admittedly, the said property is a temple.

3. The learned Government Advocate, who is appearing for the respondents states that the respondents do not intend to demolish the

temple or interfere with the petitioner's possession and enjoyment of the said property i.e. temple.

4. In view of the categorical statement made by the learned Government Advocate, it is not necessary for us to pass any further orders. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
