This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed praying to exempting the petitioner surrendering before the court of concern during the pending revision and for suspension and conviction and sentence order passed by the Additional District Judge by its order dated 19.12.2024 in CA.No.44 of 2023 confirming the conviction passed by the trial court Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court at Alandur in CC.No.191 of 2019 on 20.03.2023 sentencing the petitioner to undergo 6 months simple imprisonment till the disposal of the criminal revision petition.

2. In view of the order passed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.15325 of 2025 dated 11.08.2025, granting suspension of sentence, no further order is necessary in this petition.
