The contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondent for his wilful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 25.02.2021 made in W.P.No.4264 of 2021.

2. There is no representation for the Petitioner. Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the Respondent has submitted that the order S.VAIDYANATHAN,J., 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

Cont.P.No.944 of 2022 ar passed by this Court on 25.02.2021 has been complied with and he also produced a copy of the Government Order dated 14.09.2022 in proof thereof.

3. In view of the above submission, this Contempt petition is closed and the contemnor is discharged from the contempt proceedings.
