CMP.No.11484 of 2018 has been filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of sole appellant viz., Narayanan and CMP.No.11485 of 2018 has been field to bring on record the petitioners 1 to 6 herein as the legal representatives of the deceased/sole appellant and rank them as appellants 1 to 6 in S.A.No.679 of 2007. 2.The factum of the death of the sole appellant and the proposed parties are the legal representatives of the deceased are not under dispute. 3.Mr.Praveen, learned counsel under takes to file vakalath for the respondents, has no objection for allowing these petition. 4.Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, these petitions are allowed. 5.The Registry is directed to amend the cause title within a period of two weeks.
