O R D E R

The petitioner made a representation dated 25.2.2015 to the respondent No.2, alleging that patta has been wrongly changed from his name to that of respondent No.4 without any notice to him. As the said representation is still pending, the petitioner has come forward to this Court by way of this writ petition.

Taking into consideration that the petitioner's representation is still pending, without going into merits of the case, the respondent No.2 is called upon to dispose of the same within eight weeks from the date of the receipt of a copy of the order after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as 4th respondent.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
