Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of certiorarified mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the order dated 08.10.2014 passed by the second respondent in C.P.No.11 of 2014, quash the same and consequently direct the first respondent to pay the petitioners wages and other benefits from the date of their termination i.e. from 05.11.2013. Prayer in W.P.No.35522 of 2015:
Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of certiorarified mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the order passed by the first respondent dated 19.10.2015 in Letter No.5019/P2/2015-5 issued by the first respondent, quash the same and consequently direct the first respondent to initiate criminal prosecution against the third respondent under Section 31 r/w 34 either on their own or through any authorised officer or person for contravention of Section 33 of the I.D. Act.
Prayer in W.P.No.7412 of 2015:
Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of certiorarified mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the order passed by the first respondent dated 16.10.2014 in G.O.(D) No.490 quash the same and consequently direct the first respondent to refer forthwith the petitioner's complaint under Section 33(A) regarding the petitioner's termination pending conciliation without seeking permission or approval for adjudication to the Labour Court and also to initiate criminal prosecution against the third respondent and their officials under Section 31 r/w 34 either on their own or through any authorised person.
