This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner for quashment of the impugned order dated 01.09.2020 passed by the third respondent vide Na.Ka.No.Aa5/2185/2019 and consequently, direct the respondents 1 to 3 to appoint the petitioner as Village Panchayat Secretary of the Annagudi Panchayat, K.V.Kuppam Taluk and Vellore District.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and also perused the entire materials available on record.

This Court, without expressing any opinion on merits of the present petition, directs the petitioner to make a fresh representation to the second respondent within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such representation being made, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of three weeks thereafter.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
