This Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the Third Respondent relating to the impugned order Na.Ka.No.2345 / 2020 / E1 dated 22.12.2020 and consequentially direct the Third respondent to quash the said order dated 22.12.2020 and consequentially direct the Third Respondent to make payment of the said outstanding sum of Rs.32,56,753/- (Thirty Two Lakhs fifty Six Thousand Seven Hundred and Fifty Three only) with interest at the rate of 24 % per annum for the period of from the date of due till the date of actual payment, within a time frame as may be fixed by this Court.

This Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the Third Respondent relating to the impugned order Na.Ka.No.2344/2020 / E1 dated 22.12.2020 and quash the said order dated 22.12.2020 and consequentially directing the Third respondent to make payment of the said outstanding sum of Rs.2,82,83,942/-(Rupees Two Crores Eighty Two lakhs Eighty Three Thousand Nine Hundred Forty Two only ) with interest at the rate of 24 % per annum for the period from the date of due till the date of actual payment, within time frame as may be fixed by this Court.

He would further submit that the payments have been settled for the works done by the petitioner.
