Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.N.MANOKARAN Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:- Since the suit itself has been dismissed by the Trial Court and the same has been confirmed by the Lower Appellate Court, No interim order is necessary.
Hence, this petition is dismissed.
