The petitioner herein seeks bail in Crime No.01 of 2015 on the file of the Inspector of Police, CBCID, Nagapattinam District for the offence under Section 302 IPC.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case in Crime No.01 of 2015 registered for the offence under Sections 302 of IPC. Thus, he seeks bail to the petitioner.

3. A direction was given to the learned Sessions Judge, Special Court under POSCO Act, Nagapattinam/Fast Track Mahila Court, Nagapattinam to complete the trial in S.C.No.33 of 2020 in accordance with law and after taking consideration of all the evidence. It is made clear that the time limit to complete the trial is revoked.

4. In view of the circumstances stated, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Therefore, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
