This revision petition has been filed on very narrow grounds questioning the direction of notice to be issued to the respondent in I.A.No.21 of 2021 in A.S.No.73 of 2020.

2. The said I.A.No.21 of 2021 was filed seeking to return the documents. Questioning that particular direction, the present revision petition is filed.

3.As a matter of fact, the revision petitioner should take notice and advance whatever arguments he wants to advance before the learned Principal District Judge, Namakkal. Any document in the custody of the Court, necessarily have to be dealt with in the manner known to law. The learned Principal District Judge, Namakkal, has thought it fit to issue notice to the respondent. Now let the notice be issued. Thereafter. if the notice has been issued and the respondent appears, from that day onwards, within a period of four weeks, I.A.No.1 of 2021 is to be decided by the learned Principal District Judge, Namakkal. 4.With the above observation, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
