By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.
2.The petitioner claims to be an organiser of temple festival of Sri Thevampalayam Sri Mathuraveeran Koil, Tiruchengode Taluk, Namakkal District, and he submitted an application dated 13.6.2015, to the respondent praying for permission to conduct a cultural programme, which includes song and dance programme, to be held on 28.6.2015, and since he has not been favoured with any kind of response, came forward to file this writ petition. 3.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, would submit that in the event of permission being granted, there will not be any law and order problem and no obscenity or vulgarity will be in place and prays for appropriate orders.
4.The Court heard the submissions of Mr.N.Roofus Abraham, learned Government Advocate, who accepted notice on behalf of the respondent, also.
5.This Court, taking into consideration the above facts and circumstances and without going into the merits of the representation, directs the respondent to consider and dispose of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
petitioner's application/representation dated 13.6.2015, in accordance with law, on or before 26.6.2015, and inform the decision taken, to the petitioner. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
