.. Respondent Prayer:- Contempt Petition filed u/s 11 of Contempt of Courts Act to punish the respondent for having disobeyed the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.24140 of 2015 dated 28.10.2015.

O R D E R

This petition has been filed to punish the respondent for having disobeyed the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.24140 of 2015.

2. It is seen that this petitioner has lodged a complaint dated 24.01.2015 against one Padmavathi, Vijayalakshmi, Mohan and Vasanthi making allegations of job racketing before the Inspector of Police, R4, Pondy

Bazzar Police Station, T.Nagar, Chennai. Since no action was taken, this petitioner has filed Crl.O.P.No.24140/2015, in which, this Court passed the following order on 28.10.2015:

"3. It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that petition enquiry was conducted in CSR No.68 of 2015on the complaint given by the petitioner and the same was closed on 27.01.2015.

4. This Court perused the complaint and found that there is a serious allegation against the opposite parties inasmuch as the opposite parties have received a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- from the petitioner on the promise of getting job.

Hence, the closure report in CSR No.68 of 2015 is hereby set aside and the respondent police is directed to conduct a fresh enquiry and take action in accordance with law."

Now it is the grievance of the petitioner that the Inspector of Police, R4 Pondy Bazzar Police Station has not complied with the said order and hence, this contempt petition.

3. When the matter was called, Mr.G.Venkatesan, Inspector of Police (L&O), S5 Pallavaram Police Station was present.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions submits that on the complaint given by one

Vivekanandan, the Central Crime Branch has registered a case in Cr.No.163/2015 u/s 406, 420 r/w 34 IPC against the said Vijayalakshmi, Mohan, Vasanthi and Padmavathi, which also relates to job racketing, in which this petitioner has been included as a witness and her statement has been recorded on 09.12.2015 by the Central Crime Branch. Recording the same, this Contempt Petition is closed.
