2. Heard both sides.

The petitioner seeks for a mandamus directing the 3rd respondent to pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 01.11.2017, wherein and whereby, he has sought for providing new electricity connection for the petitioner's premises at Shabith Ali Sha Makkan & Mosque Wakfs, Vepoor Village, Arcot Town, vellore District.

4. The grievance of the petitioner before this Court, is that the said representation has not been considered so far. This Court, at this stage, is not expressing any view on the claim made by the petitioner, as it is for the 3rd respondent to consider and decide the same. Thus, this writ petition is disposed of, only with a direction to the 3rd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 01.11.2017 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the rival claimants, if any.
