This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners that they shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation in Crl.O.P.No.23889 of 2023 dated 19.03.2024.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the complainant has withdrawn the complaint.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioners are relaxed.
