The relief sought for in this writ petition is to direct the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 02.01.2015 and revoke the suspension in proceedings in ROC.No.36998/2014/F1 dated 28.11.2014.

2.Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that subsequent to the filing of this writ petition, the petitioner's suspension was revoked and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.

3.In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs.
