This petition has been filed to bring on record the respondents 2 to 4 herein, as legal representatives of the deceased 1st respondent, namely Venkatachalam, and rank them as respondents 3 to 5 in S.A. No.910 of 2023.

2. The learned counsel for the respondents did not raise any objection in allowing this petition and this Court is satisfied with the reasons attributed in the affidavit filed in support of the above petition. Hence, the Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
