Heard the learned counsel, appearing for the petitioner, as well as the learned Government Advocate, appearing on behalf of respondents.

At this stage of the hearing of the writ petition the learned counsel, appearing on behalf of the petitioner had submitted that it would suffice if this Court is pleased to direct the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 05.06.2015, and pass appropriate orders thereon, within the time limit, as specified by this Court. The learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents has no objection for this court passing such an order.

In such circumstances, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 05.06.2015, and pass appropriate orders thereon, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the authorized representative of the petitioner Association and to the other persons concerned, if any.

The writ petition stands disposed of with the above directions. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
