Prayer:- Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure to direct the 2nd respondent to register a case for offences under Section 147, 148, 294, 341, 378, 441 and 506(ii) IPC on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner dated 02.07.2015 and consequently, direct the 2nd respondent to investigate the case in accordance with law and to file final report.

ORDER

Seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to register a case for offences under Sections 147, 148, 294, 341, 378, 441 and 506 (ii) IPC on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner dated 02.07.2015 and consequently, direct the 2nd respondent to investigate the case in accordance with law and to file final report, the petitioner has come up with this petition. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the petition enquiry is pending in CSR.No.261 of 2015 before the 2nd respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the 2nd respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry expeditiously and during the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, a regular case shall be registered, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari v. Government of Uttarpradesh and Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1.

With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
