(Order of the Court was made by N.KIRUBAKARAN,J.) This Petition has been filed to grant exemption to the Petitioner from the payment of balance Court fee of Rs.24,272.50 for the present in the above Appeal.

2.The above Petition seeking exemption from paying the court-fee of Rs.24,272.50 is ordered, subject to the condition that, in the event of any enhancement in the compensation amount, the Petitioner will have to pay the requisite court-fee.
