The application has been filed to permit the 3rd petitioner Mrs.Sadia Banu Salahuddin to sign and execute the personal bond on behalf of the 1st and 2nd petitioners.

2. The Power of Attorney executed by the petitioners 1 & 2 in favour of the 3rd petitioner duly signed and notarised are marked as Exs.P5 & P6. Based upon such power of attorney, the third petitioner also filed an affidavit duly signed by her and attested by the notary public. The said power given by the petitioners 1 & 2 in favour of the third petitioner is still in force.

2. In view of the above, this application stands allowed.
