This petition in C.M.P.No.2576 of 2024 is ordered and the order of dismissal is set aside subject to the condition that the returns made by the Registry would be complied and re-presented within a period of 2 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, the second appeal in S.A.SR.No.37632 of 2021 will be automatically dismissed.
