ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondents to expedite the investigation in Crime No.1390 of 2014 and to file final report within a stipulated period, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that a case in Crime No.1390 of 2014 for offences under Sections 406, 420, 468 and 471 IPC, has been registered before the respondent Police. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

In view of the above, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation and file final report as expeditiously as possible.
