Prayer in WP.No.17581 of 2015:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents authorities to return the sale consideration to the tune of Rs.20,00,000/- (Rupees Twenty lakhs only) with rate of 18% interest per annum from 29.02.2008 to till date to the petitioner by considering the representation dated 25.02.2015.

Prayer in WP.No.17582 of 2015:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents authorities to return the sale consideration to the tune of Rs.10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten lakhs only) with rate of 18% interest per annum from 29.02.2008 to till date to the petitioner by considering the representation dated 25.02.2015.
