This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 525 days in filing the appeal against the judgment passed in Special C.C.No.2 of 2017, dated 27.09.2018 on the file of the Learned Sessions (Fast Track Mahila) Judge, Namakkal.

3. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 525 days in filing the appeal in Crl.A.SR.No.17813 of 2022 is condoned.
