Respondent Writ Appeal under Clause 15 of the Letters Patent, against the order, dated 07.07.2015, passed in W.P.No.19878 of 2015, on the file of this Court.

Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in these circumstances stated therein and in the respective affidavits filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to issue a Writ of direction or any other appropriater Writ in the nature of a Writ of Certiorified Madndamus,To call for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the 4th respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No. 595/2015/A1 dated 23.06.2015, published in Tamil Daily Thinathanthi, on 25.05.2015 in Salem Edition, to quash the same and consequently direct the 4th respondent to pass the final order in respect of interview held on 05.05.2015 based on the Na.Ka.No. 595/2015/A1 dated 21.04.2015.

JUDGMENT
(Judgment of the Court was delivered by Huluvadi G.Ramesh,J.) When the matter is taken up today, learned Special Government Pleader, appearing for the appellants/State, has submitted that in compliance of the order passed by the learned single Judge in the writ petition, which is impugned in this Writ Appeal, results of the interview held on 05.05.2015 have been published.
2. In view of the compliance of the order passed by the learned single Judge, this Writ Appeal stands disposed of, for having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected C.M.P.Nos.17115 and 17116 of 2018 are closed.
