2. This application has been filed to condone the delay of 481 days in filing the adoption memo by D3, D4 and D5 to adopt the written statement filed by D1.

3. In the affidavit filed in support of the Judges Summons, it had been stated that the suit had been filed for partition and separate possession of the suit properties. It had been stated that vakalat had been filed only on 27.09.2024. D1 had filed the written statement in the year 2003 itself. This application has been filed to condone the delay of 481 days in filing the adoption memo to adopt the written statement filed by D1.

4. In view of the fact that pleadings are required for framing issues, the delay of 481 days stands condoned. Adoption memo is taken on record.
