Heard the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, as well as the learned counsel, appearing on behalf of the respondents.

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner, praying that this Court may be pleased to issue a Writ of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Mandamus, forbearing the respondents 1 and 2 from putting up any construction in the school premises, at K.Chettipalayam Government High School, Tirupur Taluk, Tirupur District. 3.

At this stage of the hearing of the writ petition, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner had submitted that the petitioner had died and the writ petition has abated.

In view of the said submission made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed, as abated. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
