(CRIME NO.785 OF 2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time by two weeks in Crl.O.P.No.5824 of 2022 dated 14.03.2022 to comply with the condition of the Hon'ble High Court of Madras and to pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.BABU, Advocate for the petitioner, and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.5824 of 2022 dated 14.03.2022 to execute the sureties before the concerned Court.

2. Time already granted by this Court in Crl.OP.No.5824 of 2022 dated 14.03.2022 is extended till 16.05.2022, failing which, the anticipatory bail shall stands automatically cancelled. No further extension will be granted.
