This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent to register a case on the complaint dated 13.12.2014 given by the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that, petition enquiry in C.S.R.No.577 of 2014 was conducted and closed by the respondent Police on 15.12.2014 and across the Bar, a copy of the closure report has been served to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

4. Recording the said submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
