ORDER

The prayer made in the writ petition is to direct the respondent Institute to revalue the answer sheet of the petitioner bearing Roll No.109855 in line with the guidelines issued by the respondent Institute to its Examiners in respect of the subject, 'Financial Reporting' in Group I of the Final Examination conducted by the respondent on 2nd May 2012. 2.When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted that since the relief sought for herein is related to the year 2012, nothing survives for adjudication.

3.In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs.
