This petition is to cancel the anticipatory bail granted to the second respondent by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.4612 of 2014 on 04.03.2014.
2. Heard both sides.
3. Now from the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, it is seen, that the prosecution has completed the investigation and filed the Final Report and the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Ponneri also took cognizance of the same in C.C.No.257 of 2015 for offences under Sections 409 and 420 IPC.
4. There is no convincing reason to cancel the anticipatory bail granted to the second respondent.

5. In the circumstances, this criminal original petition fails and it is hereby dismissed.
