O R D E R

The wife has come before this Court seeking to withdraw I.D.O.P. No. 171 of 2013 filed by the respondent/husband for divorce, pending on the file of Principal District Court, Chengalpattu, and transfer the same to the file of Family Court, Chennai. 2.

Learned counsel for the respondent/husband, on instructions, would submit that the respondent has got no objection for transferring the said case and an endorsement to that effect has also been made by the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.

In view of the above submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the respondent, I.D.O.P. No. 171 of 2013 pending on the file of Principal District Court, Chengalpattu, is withdrawn and transferred to the file Family Court, Chennai. The transfer C.M.P. is ordered accordingly.
