....Respondent PRAYER : This petition filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India, to set aside the order dated 18.03.2022 passed by the learned judge of XV Small Causes court at Chennai in M.P SR No. 4653 of 2022 in RLTOP No. 308 of 2020 and permit the petitioner to mark the unregistered lease Agreement for collateral purpose .

ORDER

This petition has been filed to to set aside the order dated 18.03.2022 passed by the learned judge of XV Small Causes court at Chennai in M.P SR No. 4653 of 2022 in RLTOP No. 308 of 2020 and permit the petitioner to mark the unregistered lease Agreement for collateral purpose.

2. Heard both sides.

3. According to the revision petitioner more than forty five lakhs rent arrears from the respondent. Further, the respondent has not cooperate for the proceedings, now they want speedy disposal of the case. The reason assigned by the petitioner is justifiable. Accordingly, the Court below is directed to dispose of the RLTOP within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. In result, this Civil Revision petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequentially, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 03.11.2023 pbl
