ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents not to remove the structure of hoardings belonged to the petitioner and consequently permit the petitioner to continue his business of hoarding, as they are already in existence, based on the petitioner's representation dated 21.03.2023 made to the respondents.

2. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the second respondent informed before this Court that, no such application is pending before the respondent Corporation, as alleged by the petitioner and hence, he prayed for dismissal of the writ petition.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, this writ petition is dismissed and it is for the petitioner to approach the authorities concerned seeking his remedy, if permissible under law. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
