By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

2.The grievance expressed by the Managing Partner of the petitioner-Industry, is that though her application dated 12.3.2015, claiming capital investment subsidy, has been favourably considered and she was also informed by the second respondent vide proceedings No.1390/Ind&Com/2015 dated 13.3.2015, stating that the Committee has approved the case of grant of 25% capital investment subsidy of Rs.25,00,000/-, under the scheme of motivation of entrepreneurs to start industries and fiscal assistance to industries, no orders have been passed releasing the sanctioned investment subsidy and in this regard, she submitted a representation dated 18.5.2015, and since no response is forthcoming, came forward to file this writ petition praying for early disposal of her representation. 3.The Court heard the submissions of Mrs.N.Mala, learned Additional Government Pleader, who accepted notice on behalf of the respondents, also.

4.This Court, taking into consideration the limited scope of prayer sought for by the petitioner, directs the second respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 18.5.2015, on merits and in accordance with law, after taking note of the earlier communication in proceedings No.1390/Ind&Com/2015 dated 13.3.2015, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and inform the decision taken, to the petitioner.
