The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the respondents to appoint the petitioner as Lecturer (Physics) on the basis of the selection conducted in 2008, by considering her representation dated 09.02.2015. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was called for interview for appointment to the post of Lecturer in Government Arts Colleges by the first respondent and the petitioner also attended the same on 19.08.2008, however, she was not selected. Hence, the petitioner made representations to the respondent seeking appointment to the post of Lecturer and the last of such representation was made on 09.02.2015 and since there was no https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
response, has come forward to file this writ petition. 3.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents fairly submitted that the respondents would consider the representation of the petitioner dated 09.02.2015, if not already considered, on merits, within a time frame to be stipulated by this Court.
4.In view of the above, this Court directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 09.02.2015, if not already considered, and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the same to the petitioner.
5.With the above directions, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
